You can book up to 14 days ahead, with at least 6 hours' notice. Hours: Mon–Wed 8am–7pm, Thu–Fri 9am–9pm, Sun 6pm–9pm. Saturdays off.
Yes. Weddings, formals, birthdays and work sites. Three or more at one address gets $5 off each cut; six or more gets $10 off each cut (kids included). One travel fee covers the whole address.
Absolutely. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian at home during the cut.
Cancel more than 24 hours before and you're not charged. Inside 24 hours, the $20 booking fee is kept. Moving to a new time inside 24 hours? Your $20 carries over to the new booking, and if you later cancel that one with 24+ hours' notice, it becomes a credit for your next booking (valid 90 days). I'll wait up to 20 minutes on arrival. After that it counts as a no-show.
